During a working visit to Lugansk region, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with the veteran of the Second World War, the ex-head of RPA “Impulse” Andrii Novokhatnii.
The Head of the State visited the veteran’s house where he had a conversation with Andrii Novokhatnii and his family.
Andrii Novokhatnii shared his memories of the Second World War with the President and told about his life journey. Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted good memory and cheerfulness of the 95-year-old veteran and wished him good health.
In response, Andrii Novokhatnii wished the Head of the State success in his activities, in particular in achieving such a desired peace in the entire territory of Ukraine.
“I think we will surely do everything and implement everything. We want this very much – to achieve peace in the entire territory of Ukraine and to return all our territories and our people,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
