TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR CUSTOMERS

Users support and I&Cs technical service are provided during the all life-cycle of the systems.

Cooperation when designing: close cooperation with the Customer assures that as the result one will have the I&C where peculiarities of the specific automation equipment are taken into account.

Support when commissioning: installation of I&C equipment is supervised by our specialists. They also perform testing and commissioning of the system, which assures economical, fast, and safe start-up of I&C.

Support when operating: Testing operation of I&Cs is carried out in cooperation with the personnel. Warranty and post-warranty service is assured. Spare parts and service equipment are delivered together with the main equipment.

Training: personnel is trained by the designers of I&Cs using real equipment, which assures the high training level confirmed with the certificates issued by RPA “Impulse”.
